I recently got this door lock, and overall, it’s awesome! Buying was easy, the lock itself looks really nice and modern on my front door, and it fits well with my home’s style. It doesn’t look bulky, and you can tell it’s made from high-quality materials. The features are amazing—there’s remote access, a built-in camera so I can see who’s at my door even when I’m not home.
The only thing is, installation took a bit of work. The instructions were clear, but getting it to connect to my Wi-Fi was tricky and took some patience. I’d say give yourself extra time if you’re not super techy. But once it was set up, the app worked perfectly, and I haven’t had any issues since. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it if you want security and convenience in one—just plan for a little extra setup time!
This smart lock has been a game changer. Unlocking my door with my fingerprint is super convenient. I can also remotely unlock with my smartphone which has been useful on a few occasions so far.
There is a locksmith finder tool that I utilized to find the locksmith that installed the lock on my door. The guy was good and professional, so I was very happy that I found him.
The customer service reps are also quite helpful in answering questions before I purchased the door lock. I was able to get a hold of them by phone.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this smart lock and would recommend anyone to get it from this store.

I had some minor difficulty setting up the detector, but found it was just a battery that was not seated as it should be. Once I reset the battery It starts working as it should. I have an air conditioner unit that pumps condensation water out periodically. Once in while it does not pump when it should so I purchased the water detector to tell me that I needed to look at the pump. It will save me effort cleaning up the water mess.

We ordered this lock for our Airbnb and have been very happy with it so far. Managing guest access remotely is convenient, and the lock feels secure. Installation was not as difficult as I had anticipated, though we did have to contact them for some assistance. Our questions were quickly addressed by Genel from customer support. She was helpful throughout the entire process.

Ordering this smart door lock was a great decision. It arrived in about a week and was packaged securely. The passcode and fingerprint features are great and bring a modern feel to my house. I had a locksmith install it, so I can’t say if it’s difficult or not to install. I am not very good at technical installations, so I preferred that a professional handle it. I'm beyond impressed with how well it works. Additionally, the customer support team was great. I can't recommend this enough!

Arrived quickly. Small device so needed a little more protection for delivery, but these were delivered with no damage. The device set up is very easy to connect to WiFi and the app.
The calibration is sometimes not perfectly accurate for a moment as 2 sensors next to each other showed a few degrees difference and same for the humidity
It is small size bulb camera I have had the largest image possible to see how long it lasts.
