I appreciate that they refund the lock it okay but the locksmith say unable to install for the sliding lock with the business double door so I just returned it

I had an issue with my lock not functioning and they connected on a video call and explained how to fix the issue. Turns out that my contractor installed it incorrectly

I recently got this door lock, and overall, it’s awesome! Buying was easy, the lock itself looks really nice and modern on my front door, and it fits well with my home’s style. It doesn’t look bulky, and you can tell it’s made from high-quality materials. The features are amazing—there’s remote access, a built-in camera so I can see who’s at my door even when I’m not home.

The only thing is, installation took a bit of work. The instructions were clear, but getting it to connect to my Wi-Fi was tricky and took some patience. I’d say give yourself extra time if you’re not super techy. But once it was set up, the app worked perfectly, and I haven’t had any issues since. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it if you want security and convenience in one—just plan for a little extra setup time!

Really like the handle

I had some minor difficulty setting up the detector, but found it was just a battery that was not seated as it should be. Once I reset the battery It starts working as it should. I have an air conditioner unit that pumps condensation water out periodically. Once in while it does not pump when it should so I purchased the water detector to tell me that I needed to look at the pump. It will save me effort cleaning up the water mess.

I purchased the Smart Door Lock Slim and they conducted a video chat with me and my locksmith to make sure all went smooth during installation. The lock is beautiful and works perfectly, allowing every member of my family to enter with simply their finger print. So happy that I just placed another order for the Next Gen for my new front door!!

Excellent Peephole Doorbell with Screen
I wanted to replace eques peephole and this is closest i could get to that and even better.
the camera and screen are sharp, battery holds good so far.
Shipping time was good, about a week.

It is small size bulb camera I have had the largest image possible to see how long it lasts.
